Shipping

Customers in the UK - Shipping will be via the royal mail. All parcels will go out Tracked 24.

International Customers - All parcels will go out via The Royal Mail.

Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received. 

International orders may often incur a customs tax that the buyer will be responsible for. You will need to contact your local customs office to find out what the import tax that your country charges from UK exported goods. 

We offer free UK shipping and Subsidised International Shipping on all orders over £50 however, if, for any reason your parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay shipping for any subsequent delivery attempts. The Rocket Workshop can not take any responsibility for returned parcels, once the parcel leaves our shop it is completely out of our hands. Failure to pay for the second delivery attempt will not result in a refund. Please refer to our refund policy.
